We will kick off this year with CARDIO CAPERS!! That means CRAZY WORKOUTS & FUN GAMES! Be ready for Jump Rope and Juggling, Sleigh Rides and Stilt Walking and of course Reindeer Races and Rope Climbing! Bring your healthy snack and drink, workout clothes and shoes, plus put on your game face.
